About the Role
Tadmur Holding is hiring a Site Structural Engineer to supervise erection of structural steel in Doha, Qatar. The role requires ensuring work complies with IFC drawings, method statements, and QatarEnergy requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities
- Supervise erection of structural steel including columns, beams, platforms, pipe supports, and miscellaneous steel items
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, method statements, ITPs, and QatarEnergy requirements
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and client representatives for inspections and work execution
- Verify alignment, fit up, bolting, welding, and grouting activities prior to inspection and handover
- Raise RFIs for design discrepancies and support resolution of site technical issues
- Monitor daily progress, manpower productivity, and material availability, and report potential delays
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, participate in toolbox talks, and promote safe work practices
Requirements
- Experience in supervising erection of structural steel
- Knowledge of IFC drawings, method statements, and ITPs
- Familiarity with QatarEnergy requirements
