As a Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) Electronics Engineer!
The responsibility of this role is to supports our Global suppliers with Manufacturing Technical expertise as they invest and grow their business to support ours.
In this position...
This role involves implementing commodity-specific business plans to ensure suppliers exceed corporate launch, quality, capacity, warranty, and vehicle delivery metrics, while leading cross-functional decisions with Ford and supplier leadership to drive resolution of open issues, implementing actions to ensure zero vehicle losses from suppliers, and serving as the principal for on-site troubleshooting and corrective actions during emergency supplier situations, all while continuously growing expertise in electronics manufacturing.
