Responsibilities
- Responsible for all site supervision and performing daily inspections
- QA/QC auditor's control, assuring steady and flawless performance for the Contractor and issuing required site memorandum, NCRs, and other control forms
- Review all Shop Drawings for Mechanical activities (Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water, HVAC, LPG, Water Feature, Fire Fighting, Smoke Management, Irrigation, Elevators, Kitchen & Laundry Equipment)
- Reviewing Coordination Drawing and Sub Contractor submittal
- Snagging and de snagging
- Participating in all handover procedures
- Follow up and review the Contractors' closing out documents
- Review & approval of Submittals related to Mechanical Works based on specification and other contract documents
- Follow up on Progress of Mechanical Work at Site and conformance to Specifications
- Carry out inspection for Mechanical activity (Inspection Requests) and solving discrepancies at site
- Checking prices Breakdown for MEP items
- Attending Progress Meeting, Technical Meeting, MEP Meeting, QA/QC Meeting, Value Engineering Meeting & Preparing MEP Weekly Meeting and Technical Meeting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction projects (villas, buildings, or housing developments)
- At least 2 years of GCC experience
- Proven experience in site inspection, supervision, and reporting
- Good understanding of QA/QC standards and site safety regulations
- Proficient in preparing reports, maintaining records, and documenting site progress
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work in the United Arab Emirates

Role Description
- Providing comprehensive mechanical engineering supervision throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design review and construction oversight to testing, commissioning, regulatory approvals, and successful project handover.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction projects (villas, buildings, or housing developments) with at least 2 years of GCC Experience.
- Proven experience in site inspection, supervision, and reporting.
- Good understanding of QA/QC standards and site safety regulations.
