Role Overview
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support AWS-based applications and infrastructure.
The role covers cloud administration, CI/CD, Kubernetes and Docker operations, deployment automation, incident management, and platform reliability.
The position supports continuous improvement and AI-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deployments, change requests, server maintenance, and production incident resolution.
- Support AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub, and JFrog Artifactory.
- Develop Python automation with AWS Lambda and AWS SDKs.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain runbooks and support procedures and act as a subject matter expert for platform components.
- Contribute to AI-enabled automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Have 4–6 years of experience in AWS Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or production support environments.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD tools.
