Build and operate highly scalable, carrier-grade platforms for demanding telecom and enterprise environments.
The role focuses on infrastructure challenges, operations automation, reliability, networking, Linux, cloud-native technologies, and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available production environments.
- Develop and improve observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows.
- Manage Kubernetes-based platforms in production.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Optimize Linux-based systems for high-performance workloads.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking, applications, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics.
