About the Team and Role
Join the Platform and Infrastructure Engineering team responsible for designing, automating, building, and operating reliable cloud-native systems.
Own production infrastructure and reliability for high-scale, regulated systems across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, security, observability, and incident management.
The role requires hands-on ownership, architectural judgment, and end-to-end leadership of reliability initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Design and operate AWS production infrastructure across networking, compute, storage, security, and observability.
- Own EKS platforms and critical workloads, including upgrades, capacity planning, and operational stability.
- Manage VPCs, routing, security groups, NACLs, load balancers, and hybrid or private connectivity.
- Implement Istio service mesh, fault-tolerant architectures, and disaster recovery with defined RPO and RTO.
- Lead production readiness reviews, reliability improvements, incident response, and blameless post-mortems.
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform and enable GitOps deployments using ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build metrics, alerting, and logging pipelines and reduce operational toil through self-service platform capabilities.
- Partner with Security on Cloudflare, firewalls, IAM, and AWS security controls.
