Site Reliability Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain global Tyk Cloud within defined service-level objectives and agreements.
• Identify reliability issues and resolve them with the squad.
• Introduce metrics and build dashboards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Expand multi-region and multi-cloud platform reach.
• Document operational knowledge, SRE processes, and policies.
• Conduct post-incident analysis and automate common tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery and customer collaboration.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce running costs without impacting service.
• Assist with cloud penetration testing through provider coordination and environment setup.
• Manage incidents affecting clients and the platform.

Experience

• Strong collaboration skills.
• Experience launching and operating production-scale Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience designing and operating infrastructure on AWS and other providers.
