The Site Quality Representative supports Horwitz’s Quality Control Program by performing field inspections, documentation reviews, material receipt checks, and compliance verification across mechanical, electrical, insulation, and control system installations.

This role ensures that work performed by Horwitz crews and subcontractors meets project specifications, code requirements, and standards outlined in the Horwitz QC Manual.

These responsibilities generally describe the nature of the position and may not be all inclusive:

• Attend project and coordination meetings as needed
• Work with the QC manager and project team to schedule additional part-time Quality Control personnel to support all QC requirements
• Perform and document daily quality inspections
• Complete and submit the daily Quality Control Report
• Capture and maintain daily jobsite photographs
• Meet with all new hires to review jobsite QC requirements
• Oversee document control, including plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and O&M manuals
