Role Description
The Site Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role oversees joinery project execution from site installation through handover.
The position coordinates schedules, resources, subcontractors, site teams, materials, logistics, quality, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Project and Site Execution
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors for timely delivery and alignment with design specifications.
- Supervise site teams, monitor installation progress, resolve technical and coordination issues, and conduct regular inspections.
- Liaise with clients, designers, and internal production teams and provide project status updates.
- Manage site reports, material requests, variation orders, logistics, materials, and equipment availability.
- Ensure work complies with drawings, local regulations, company procedures, safety standards, and workmanship requirements.
Qualifications
- Project management and expediting skills to plan, schedule, and drive joinery projects to completion.
- Expediting experience tracking materials, coordinating suppliers, and supporting timely site delivery.
- Inspection skills for quality checks, drawing and specification verification, and safety compliance.
- Logistics management experience covering material flow, deliveries, storage, warehouse, and transportation coordination.
- Proven joinery, fit-out, or interior construction background, preferably in a similar site management role.
- Leadership, team supervision, communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
- A relevant construction, civil engineering, architecture, or related technical qualification is preferred.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and site compliance requirements.
