Site Project Manager

Role Overview

Site Logistics and Construction

• Manage site initialization, on-site logistics, cargo receiving, unloading, container unpacking, and standardized material storage.
• Plan, implement, dynamically adjust, and track construction and installation activities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, construction quality, operating procedures, and schedule performance.
• Resolve cross-operation conflicts, quality risks, and schedule delays.

Project Coordination and Control

• Liaise with clients and suppliers, synchronize project progress, report site issues, and coordinate resources.
• Monitor overall and phased milestones and supervise delivery for on-time completion.
• Control labor, material, and operating costs to reduce resource waste.
• Support construction document organization, site visa confirmation, and payment collection.

HSE and Site Compliance

• Implement safety construction regulations, regular inspections, hazard investigations, safety briefings, and personnel safety management.
• Maintain compliant site operations and support zero-accident safety performance.

Candidate Requirements

• College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Integration, Industrial Control, Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of on-site management experience in mechatronics, automation, or intelligent logistics engineering projects.
• Familiarity with overseas construction procedures, site management systems, and construction specifications is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, including the ability to read construction and equipment drawings, is required.
• Intelligent logistics equipment experience or relevant construction engineer or electrician certification is highly preferred.
• Able to undertake a long-term overseas assignment in the Middle East.
