- Ensure compliance with federal, defense, and security protocols applicable to the project site
- Coordinate with defense contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations required for DOD work
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and mitigate risks
- Manage remote site logistics, materials procurement, mobilization, and inventory control
- Prepare and submit structured reports as per DOD documentation standards
- Lead on site meetings and maintain communication with project leadership and DOD representatives
- Resolve technical or operational challenges in coordination with engineering teams
- Maintain detailed documentation of all site activities, variations, approvals, and compliance checks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of site/project management experience
- Experience with DOD, military, or federal projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction operations, drawings, and technical specifications
- Prior experience working in high security or remote locations is an advantage
