Site Paint Process Engineer (all genders) (Warrington, GB)

Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or a comparable field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in painting, chemistry, or process engineering within the automotive industry

Proven experience working in or contributing to project organizations

Strong understanding of industrial painting processes (e.g. wet paint, powder coating, pretreatment)

Experience working with OEM requirements and quality standards

Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working style

Strong communication and coordination skills in cross-functional teams

Fluent in English

Nice to have: Experience with automation or robot programming Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, FMEA, or Six Sigma Experience in international project environments Strong affinity for production environments and shopfloor operations
