Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or a comparable field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in painting, chemistry, or process engineering within the automotive industry
Proven experience working in or contributing to project organizations
Strong understanding of industrial painting processes (e.g. wet paint, powder coating, pretreatment)
