In this role you will be responsible for :
Supervising the delivery of event overlay and temporary infrastructure across designated venue work zones during bump-in, tournament operations and bump-out.
Coordinating contractors, suppliers, logistics and site crews to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Monitoring site progress, conducting inspections and quality assurance checks, and providing regular updates to the Event Operations team .
Managing stakeholder and supplier relationships onsite while communicating site procedures, restrictions and operational updates.
Promoting a safe working environment by identifying risks, enforcing health and safety requirements and supporting compliance activities across the venue.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience working in major events, venue operations, logistics , overlay, construction, maintenance or related operational environments.

Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and suppliers.
