Own end-to-end ecommerce fulfillment site operations, inventory control, inbound quality, site performance, and operational issue resolution.

The role is the single point of ownership for inventory accuracy, process discipline, and warehouse performance.

Three to five years of experience in ecommerce operations, warehouse management, inventory control, supply chain, retail fulfillment, or logistics operations is required.
Experience in D2C, ecommerce, supplement, FMCG, pharma, beauty, or personal care warehouses is preferred.
The role requires ownership, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong understanding of warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound, GRN, dispatch, returns, and audits.
Knowledge of SKU, batch, expiry, MRP, barcode, PO, invoice, ASN, GRN, and stock adjustment processes.
Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting skills are required.
Understanding of WMS, OMS, ERP, and courier systems is required; Vinculum knowledge is preferred.
Ability to manage third-party manpower and enforce SOP compliance is required.
