What we need:

Reporting to the Data Centre Operations Director, this role will perform the fundamental function to keep operational readiness of Digital Edge Data Centre environment during 24/7 daily operation shift.

This role will be based in Digha, Navi Mumbai site office.

• Maintain 100% uptime of the datacenter.
• Ensure service delivery as per agreed SLA with Customer.
• Governance on vendor management.
• Responsible for 100% Safety compliance.
• Responsible for DC physical security.
• Preparation and Implementation of SOP, EOP, MOP for all types of work.
• Supervise and Support installation for Racks and stacks customer equipment
• Build, assess and continually improve internal and externally facing controlled documentation
