Role Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for overall site execution of utility-scale wind power projects in India. The role ensures safe, high-quality and timely execution of works in coordination with EPC contractors, OEMs, and local stakeholders, with strong focus on Quality and Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of site execution covering civil, electrical, WTG erection and commissioning works.
- Act as single-point site representative coordinating EPC contractors and OEMs.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality plans and project schedules.
- Maintain strong quality control through inspections, adherence to ITPs and closure of NCRs.
- Maintain highest safety standard at site by enforcing HSE plans, conducting tool-box talks and ensuring statutory compliance.
