Role Overview
Lead and manage electrical construction activities for 380kV substation and BSP projects.
The role covers site execution, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, reporting, and HSE compliance.
Construction Management
- Plan and monitor site execution, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
- Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure work complies with SEC standards, approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, cable works, equipment erection, and related electrical activities.
Planning and Documentation
- Monitor the project schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve milestones.
- Review drawings, method statements, ITPs, and technical documents before execution.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and management.
Coordination and Quality
- Manage subcontractors and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Coordinate with Civil, Protection and Control, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Procurement teams.
- Conduct site inspections and close technical and construction issues.
- Support testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and SEC inspection or approval activities.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the Jeddah site.
Pay
- Monthly pay is SAR 18,000 to SAR 20,000.
