Job Summary

List of responsibilities

• ● Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures ● Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations ● Manage, assign and control the site maintenance team duties ● Provide monthly reporting on operations KPIs, and performance on site to management ● Monitor and track operational issues and provide status updates on corrections to management as requested ● Ensure satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within a customer environment ● Apply the highest Quality and Safety standards in managing the site operations ● Report any and all incidents to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager and Quality and Safety Department ● Manage all daily preventive, corrective, servicing and routine maintenance works required ● Manage a team of technicians to effectively inspect, maintain, operate, repair, troubleshoot and service helicopter systems satisfactorily ● Perform duties as assigned by the Program Manager to ensure that all the work are completed to as per the planned schedule ● Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft ● Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate documentations and signed for as required by the appropriate AHA Management System ● Ensure the correct use, control, and return of aircraft parts and materials
• ● Ensure that all work is completed on time, on cost and on quality to meet the requirements Airbus ● Evaluate performance team and provide feedback to management as requested ● Communicate Safety, Quality and Process updates to team on site ● Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals ● Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures ● Other duties as assigned
