About the Role
The Vault Storage is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of a new self-storage facility in Dubai Industrial City. The role requires 5+ years of customer-facing operations experience, leadership skills, and a UAE license.

Responsibilities
- Lead all pre opening activities including implementation of PMS, CRM, payment systems, vendor coordination, marketing initiatives, and soft launch events
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high performing customer service team of 2–3 employees
- Manage all day to day facility operations including customer service, move ins, rentals, billing, collections, and site presentation
- Identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue through retail sales and value added services
- Drive lease up efforts to achieve 60% economic occupancy within the first nine months
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics while managing the site's P&L
- Ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for every customer
- Build relationships within the local community to generate awareness and new business
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a customer facing operation (self storage, co working, retail, hospitality, or moving/relocation)
- Experience opening, launching, or rapidly scaling a new facility or business location
- Operational mindset with experience using PMS, CRM, payment platforms, and reporting tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Customer first mentality and willingness to work front desk during busy periods
- Must have a UAE license and own vehicle
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

What You'll Own

- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Customer first mentality with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
- Must have a UAE license and own vehicle.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
What we offer
- $7,000 AED monthly base salary
- Standard UAE benefits: $8,000 housing allowance, medical, annual airfare to home country, end of service gratuity
