Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to oversee and manage construction site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure all works are executed professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Present on site to oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure project designs and installation requirements are clearly understood and executed correctly the first time.
  • Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures, and productivity plans to optimize manpower and equipment utilization.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare reports on costs, productivity and timelines for the Project and Operations Managers.
  • Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company QHSE policies.
  • Requisition and manage materials, supplies, and equipment required for the project.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, consultants, and design professionals to resolve site related issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Proactively address challenges such as delays, weather impacts, or emergencies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Investigate and document any site incidents, accidents, or delays, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Review and evaluate construction methods for efficiency, cost effectiveness, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or other related course.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction/project management for at least 5 years minimum or technical experience in Construction or other related work field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • In depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and occupational safety guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with QHSE policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Computer literate.
