An experienced Site Manager is needed for a long-term role on a high-value staged commercial construction project in Townsville. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, drive the construction program, and ensure quality and safety.

Role Overview
- An experienced Site Manager is required for a long term role on a high value, staged commercial construction project.
- The development includes new build retail, childcare, fuel, fast food and large format commercial components, with multiple stages of ongoing work.
- You will oversee day to day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, drive the construction program, maintain quality standards and ensure a strong safety culture across site.

About You
- Proven Site Manager experience in commercial construction

- Experience on staged commercial projects
- Confident reading drawings and coordinating trades
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving ability
- Experience with fast food, retail, office, tilt panels and underground services will be highly regarded.
