Job requirements
• 4 years of construction management experience, preferably in utility‑scale solar or renewable energy projects on the East Coast; experience as a general contractor is considered.
• Strong knowledge of solar construction processes, including scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Skilled in contractor outreach, project estimation, RFIs, submittal reviews, and progress reporting.
• Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder communication, and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with local permitting, inspections, and compliance standards.
• Independent thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
