Role Description
The Site Manager role at RAI-TECH is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing the performance, maintenance, and coordination of assigned project sites.
The individual in this role will monitor system status, track site activities, and ensure that sensor, weather station, and irrigation controller deployments are operating as expected.
Daily tasks include coordinating with field technicians and customers, reviewing site data, documenting issues, and escalating technical concerns to the appropriate teams.
The Site Manager will also support scheduling, basic reporting, and compliance with internal procedures and safety guidelines.
This role collaborates closely with operations, technical support, and product teams to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating activities across multiple sites or projects, including scheduling, task tracking, and follow-up.
- Comfort working with technical systems (e.g., sensors, controllers, monitoring dashboards) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with agriculture, irrigation, facilities management, or related technical fields is beneficial.
- Proficiency with common productivity software (such as spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and online collaboration platforms).
- Previous experience in site management, operations coordination, or field service support is an advantage.
