Job Purpose
Oversee and manage site operations for construction, maintenance, or facilities management projects.
Maintain resources, schedules, safety standards, quality, budget performance, and compliant site operations.
Lead daily activities and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee site operation and maintenance activities for services and systems.
- Provide technical guidance to supervisors and engineers and initiate corrective actions.
- Coordinate operational planning with the Project Manager and Work Control Centre.
- Implement the Work Control Program and related procedures for operations and maintenance activities.
- Report incidents, faults, accidents, and irregularities and submit technical performance reports.
- Direct technical staff, manage schedules and workload, and promote discipline, safety, and teamwork.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, superintendents, and the Work Control Centre.
