About the Role

Responsibilities
- Inspect earthworks, excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, foundations, buildings, roads, drainage, and related civil works
- Verify works against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists
- Witness civil tests including concrete testing, soil compaction, material receiving inspections, and quality checks
- Identify site defects, non conformities, unsafe conditions, and punch list items
- Maintain inspection records, daily reports, photographic records, and quality documentation
- Coordinate with the Civil Engineer, QA/QC team, EPC Contractor, and HSE team
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of civil site inspection experience
- Experience in industrial, power, utility, infrastructure, or EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of civil inspection, concrete works, foundations, and QA/QC documentation
- UAE / GCC experience preferred
