Responsibilities
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Monitor construction quality, verify workmanship, and document inspection findings
- Identify non conforming work, prepare inspection reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify construction records
- Review method statements and support Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Participate in quality audits, site meetings, and project reviews
- Monitor compliance with HSE requirements and quality management procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, building codes, and site inspection procedures
- Knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and contract documentation
- Familiarity with QA/QC, inspection processes, and non conformance management
- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and environmental compliance
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project documentation accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Role Description
- We are seeking a Site Inspector to conduct on site inspections and ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
- The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and quality assurance teams to inspect construction works throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine site inspections, review construction progress, verify dimensions and measurements, inspect materials and workmanship, monitor compliance with approved drawings, and document inspection results.
- Identify non conforming work, prepare inspection reports, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate follow up inspections.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities, verify construction records, review method statements, support RFIs, and maintain inspection documentation.
- Participate in quality audits, site meetings, and project reviews while providing technical observations.
- Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, environmental regulations, and quality management procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, building codes, and site inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and contract documentation.
- Familiarity with QA/QC, inspection processes, and non conformance management.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations, environmental compliance, and construction risk management.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation accurately.
- Familiarity with surveying principles, construction measurements, site verification, and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or other engineering and document review software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management systems, document control platforms, and digital inspection tools is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking, observational skills, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
