Site HSE Engineer--Emiratization

Minimum Job Requirements

• Implement HS&E in the line through guidance, technical support and HSE leadership.
• Support to undertake specialist HSE duties including custodianship and leadership in accident investigations, methodology, environment monitoring techniques and training).
• Supervise and assist to direct health, safety and environmental (HSE) activities within Fertil organization and covered within the HSE policies, and the client to provide professional advice to site employees on all matters pertaining to HSE.
• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree in an Engineering I Technical discipline or equivalent discipline
• NEBOSH Diploma, or Transitional/Graduate Safety professional (BCSP) or Associate/Technical member of IOSH - Tech IOSH (IOSH) will be an added advantage
• 8 years of experience, including at minimum of 5 years HSE related experience in site construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint or equivalent software.
• Excellent organizational, presentational and training skills.
• Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Multi-lingual ability desired, but not required
