Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Manage labor teams, subcontractors, and site coordination
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and suppliers
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Prepare daily progress reports and material requests
- Ensure fit-out works are completed to company standards and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar role in fit-out/interior projects
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and site operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in English
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
