Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on site construction activities of sheet piles
- Manage and coordinate workers, operators, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and deployment of machinery such as pile drivers
- Monitor construction quality and ensure work meets project specifications and engineering requirements
- Implement and enforce safety rules, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Report daily work progress, resource usage, and site conditions to Site Manager or Project Manager
- Identify on site issues and assist in developing immediate solutions
- Coordinate material deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper usage and storage on site
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in on site construction work, preferably in ground improvement or foundation engineering
- Strong knowledge of sheet piling
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and site plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Familiarity with workplace safety practices and regulations
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to work overtime or shift schedules when required

- We are currently seeking an experienced Site Construction Foreman to support and supervise daily field operations across our foundation and ground improvement projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily on site construction activities of sheet piles.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate workers, operators, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
