About the Role
Vision Interior Concept is seeking an experienced Fit Out Foreman to oversee daily on-site operations in Dubai. You will supervise work crews, assign tasks, enforce safety regulations, read blueprints, and communicate progress to project managers.

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction/work crews
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates to engineers and project managers
- Resolve on site conflicts and troubleshoot problems quickly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in a fit out/construction company
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions
- UAE site experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and reliable Fit Out Foreman to oversee daily operations on site, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Foreman will act as a key link between the engineers and the workforce.
