MAKAN is hiring an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily construction site operations in Dubai. The role requires 3-5 years of UAE experience, strong leadership, and ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use of equipment
- Report daily site progress to the Project Manager
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in the UAE
- Experience in interior fit out, renovation, or construction projects preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
