Site Foreman cum driver

• Supervise daily operations: Oversee carpenters, painters, MEP technicians, and sub-contractors on-site.
• Interpret drawings: Read and execute interior fit-out layouts, joinery details, and MEP drawings accurately.
• Monitor progress: Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets high-quality finish standards.
• Coordinate materials: Track inventory on-site and report shortages to the Project Manager before they cause delays.
• Enforce safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment adhering to local safety regulations.
• Problem-solving: Resolve minor technical issues and conflicts on the ground quickly.
• Transport resources: Drive company vehicles to transport workers, tools, and fit-out materials (like gypsum, glass, and joinery items).
• Load and unload: Assist with the safe loading, securing, and unloading of fragile interior materials.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
