Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site labor teams to ensure productivity and quality of work
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities
- Arrange, track, and manage construction materials to ensure timely availability and minimize wastage
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Monitor work progress and report any delays, issues, or resource requirements
- Maintain proper records of manpower, materials, and site activities
- Ensure work is executed according to project specifications and schedules
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in construction projects
- Strong labor management and team leadership skills
- Experience in material planning, handling, and site logistics
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely site reports
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and solve site related issues efficiently
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices

Job Summary
