Job Summary
Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer Trainee position for a Civil Engineering fresher in the Site Execution department.
The role provides practical exposure to residential construction under senior engineers and project managers.

Qualification
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day construction supervision and monitor work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, workers, and site teams.
- Check RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Monitor line, level, alignment, dimensions, manpower, and material requirements.
- Maintain daily progress reports, work records, quantity details, drawings, and site documents.
- Report site issues and support execution according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, participate in inspections and meetings, and follow safety and PPE requirements.
