Position overview
Pawandeep Nirman is seeking experienced site engineers for ongoing construction projects.
The role leads construction projects from planning through completion across multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh.
Qualifications and experience
- B.Tech, graduate engineering degree, or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- The role requires 7–8 years of experience.
- Experience in railway, metro, infrastructure, or large construction projects is an added advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Review designs and drawings.
- Ensure delivery within budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Analyze costs, optimize resources, manage materials and equipment, and oversee subcontractors.
- Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure contractual and statutory compliance.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
