Role Overview
Siemens is hiring an experienced Engineer - Utilities (Switchyard) for its Bidadi site.
The role oversees operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 132 kV and above switchyards and plant utility systems.
The position supports equipment availability, statutory compliance, safe operations, and site utility team leadership.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Location: Bidadi.
- The deployment is onsite.
Employment
- Employment type: One-year direct contract with Siemens.
- Two positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot 132 kV or above switchyards, transformers, HT/LT panels, APFC panels, and power distribution systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Execute switching operations, shutdown activities, fault diagnosis, and restoration in line with safety procedures.
- Oversee air compressors, dryers, chillers, LPG/HSD yards, and associated electrical systems.
