About the Role
Mechden Steel Fabrication LLC seeks a Site Engineer to supervise steel fabrication and erection projects in Sharjah. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 3-5 years of UAE experience in steel fabrication, a valid UAE driving license, and own visa.

Responsibilities
- Supervise steel fabrication and erection activities at project sites
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team
- Plan daily site activities and monitor workforce productivity
- Conduct site measurements and prepare material requirements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations
- Inspect completed work and resolve site related technical issues
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment requirements
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates
