Ourk is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise construction works at sites, ensuring quality implementation according to approved plans.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution of all internal and external construction works according to the approved plans
- Monitor site works of various types (porcelain, granite, ceramic, SPC, vinyl)
- Supervise the works of ceilings and gypsum boards and the installation of gypsum decorations
- Monitor the works of finishing and ensure the quality of implementation and final finishing
- Supervise wooden works, doors, cabinets, and decorative elements
- Monitor the accompanying installations for finishing works (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning) and coordinate with the relevant parties
- Supervise facade and isolation works
- Ensure the correctness of assembly methods and the use of appropriate materials and adhesives
- Conduct field inspections and ensure the integrity of works and the quality of implementation
- Receive completed works and ensure compliance with technical specifications and standard criteria
- Address technical observations and ensure the completion of works according to the required level
- Prepare daily reports on project progress at the sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Experience of no less than 3 years in supervising construction works for residential or commercial projects
- Experience in executing restaurant and café projects
- Ability to read plans and quantify materials and monitor implementation
- Supervision of workforce and subcontractors and monitoring technical specifications and quality control
- Ability to work in the field and move between projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and modern assembly techniques
- High skill in managing field teams and coordinating with suppliers and contractors
- Ability to utilize communication applications and prepare daily reports (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)

Daily and Field Coordination
- Ensure the continuous and active presence of workers at the sites.
- Ensure the readiness of materials and tools for each stage in advance by coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers and receive works and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Address field obstacles by coordinating with management to ensure the continuity of works without interruption.
Project Plan Management
- Prepare an implementation plan for each project from day one.
- Break down the schedule into daily and weekly phases.
- Monitor the schedule and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers according to the sequence of implementation phases.
- Supervise 4 to 5 sites daily.
- Document progress with photos and reports.
Documentation and Monitoring
- Prepare daily reports on project progress at the sites.
- Prepare weekly reports that include achievement rates, challenges, and recommendations.
- Document implementation phases with photos and necessary attachments.
- Submit technical and administrative reports to management through established channels.
- Monitor open observations and close them according to specified priorities.
- Continuously update project status and highlight any potential delays or risks.
- Document technical approvals and works of contractors and suppliers.
- Organize and maintain all records and reports related to the projects.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor the quality of final finishing works and ensure compliance with design and technical standards.
- Inspect works on site and address observations directly.
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all sites.
