Site Engineer ( LOW CURRENT WORKS)

We need an on-the-ground Low Current Site Engineer to manage all extra-low voltage and security system installations.

You will make sure work matches approved drawings, guide technicians and subcontractors, and solve site issues before they cause delays.

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily installation of low-current systems—including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Structured Cabling, Public Address (PA) systems, Gate Barrier and Intercoms.
• Drawing Compliance: Check that site work strictly follows approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local authority codes.
• Coordination: Work closely with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to avoid spatial or structural clashes on-site.
• Testing & Commissioning: Lead the functional testing, startup, and official handover of ELV systems to clients and consultants.
• Material & Subcontractor Control: Inspect incoming materials for quality compliance and monitor subcontractor progress.
• Progress Reporting: Track daily accomplishments, spot potential bottlenecks, and report updates to the Project Manager

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of dedicated site experience working with low current/ELV systems in building construction.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of security, fire, and telecommunication network infrastructures.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills for handling on-site hitches, plus strong communication to deal with contractors and consultants.
• Extras: A valid local driving license is often a plus for moving between project site.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sharjah (Sharjah)
