Role Overview
Site Engineer responsible for daily delivery of interior fit-out and renovation site activities.
The role requires coordination with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities and align execution with design drawings and project timelines.
- Monitor progress, address site issues, and escalate major concerns to project management.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, manpower, and materials.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records and logs.
- Review shop drawings and provide practical on-site engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Prior interior fit-out or renovation experience is mandatory.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Ability to interpret and quantify BOQs, drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities are required.
- A valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Arabic and English proficiency, spoken and written, is required.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
