Position Overview
A leading UAE interior design company is seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer for interior design and landscape projects.
The role involves site supervision, labour management, project coordination, schedule control, and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage labour, supervise the site, and coordinate project teams.
- Set, track, and strictly follow project schedules and deadlines.
- Apply knowledge of construction, finishing, and landscape materials used on site.
- Ensure high-quality execution in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in site management of interior design projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, landscape, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Listed Skills
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, project management, MS Project, construction management, time management, technical drawing, quality assurance, problem solving, and communication.
Additional Requirements
- English, Hindi, and Arabic language skills are required.
- A driver's licence is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
