Overview
- **Site Management & Layout:** Setting out site layouts, surveying, and marking out the site to ensure accurate construction according to blueprints.
- **Technical Support & Quality Control:** Checking technical designs and drawings, ensuring raw materials are as per specifications, and troubleshooting on-site.
- **Supervision & Coordination:** Supervising subcontractors and staff, liaising with project managers, clients, and professionals.
- **Safety & Compliance:** Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and managing environmental constraints.
- **Reporting:** Preparing site reports, documenting project progress, and reviewing costs.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
