Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day site activities ensuring compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate between project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate daily logs, prepare progress reports, and handle Inspection Requests (IRs)
- Implement on site health, safety, and quality procedures
- Monitor and optimize site resources (manpower, materials, equipment) to meet project milestones
- Identify and resolve on site technical discrepancies
- Verify physical work measurements to assist in preparing monthly progress claims and bills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of site engineering experience in UAE (fit out and villa projects)
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- Excellent command of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong leadership, problem solving skills, and ability to work under pressure

- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all executions align with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Coordination: Act as main point of contact to coordinate between project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Progress Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, prepare progress reports, and handle Inspection Requests (IRs).
- HSE & Quality Control: Implement rigorous on site health, safety, and quality procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
