Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all executions align perfectly with approved shop drawings and project specifications
- Act as the main point of contact to coordinate between project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate daily logs, prepare progress reports, and handle Inspection Requests (IRs)
- Implement rigorous on site health, safety, and quality procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Monitor and optimize site resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) to hit project milestones on schedule
- Identify and resolve on site technical discrepancies promptly
- Verify physical work measurements to assist in preparing monthly progress claims and bills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of solid site engineering experience in the UAE (specifically in fit out and villa projects)
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- Excellent command of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong leadership, practical problem solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Must have a valid UAE driving license

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Site Engineer with 2 to 4 years of UAE construction experience, specializing in interior fit outs, renovations, and luxury villa construction.
- The successful candidate will supervise day to day site activities, ensuring absolute compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations while meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all executions align perfectly with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to coordinate between project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
