Function & Responsibility
- Reading and understanding project scope & requirements.
- Attending site meetings.
- Acquiring site information & instructions & distribute it to relevant departments.
- Liaising with engineering department for material, drawing submittals & approvals
- Acquiring information on additional works / variations and follow-up approval of items.
- Obtaining of site measurement for project schedule
- Recording & informing on items delivery at site.
- Cost control, installation, quality control.
- Submit invoices for various projects.
- Prepare handing over to client on project completion.
- Updating POV Project Status from 2 to 5.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
- Holder of diploma or tradesman certificate in joinery. Bachelor degree is preferable.
- Extensive knowledge in joinery & interior works
- Computer Literate. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System Policy.
- Accommodation, Transportation, Medical Insurance & Air ticket Allowance will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
