Role Overview
The company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Engineer.
The role oversees interior fit-out projects from start to finish across commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality projects.
The position is responsible for delivering projects within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage interior fit-out works on site.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate site activities and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage material requests and coordinate deliveries.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support.
- Assist with project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
