Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate façade installation activities on construction sites.
- Review technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee the installation of curtain walls, glazing, doors, and windows.
- Monitor work progress, manage site teams, coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure that safety and quality standards are strictly followed.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, prepare reports, track materials and resources.
- Support timely completion of project milestones.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of site processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in façade engineering, curtain wall systems, glazing, and aluminum doors and windows.
- Experience in site supervision, construction coordination, and managing installation teams for façade works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control procedures, and relevant building codes.
- Proficiency in basic engineering and office software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and site documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; relevant façade or construction certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in façade or aluminum fabrication projects in the UAE or MENA region is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work on site, adapt to project schedules, and uphold the company’s standards for safety, quality, and client service.

Role Description
- The Site Engineer (Facade) will be responsible for supervising and coordinating façade installation activities on construction sites in the United Arab Emirates.
- This full time, on site role involves reviewing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and overseeing the installation of curtain walls, glazing, doors, and windows.
- The Site Engineer will monitor work progress, manage site teams, coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants, and ensure that safety and quality standards are strictly followed.
