Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction and installation activities for aluminium and glass works, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards

- Conduct quality checks, verify measurements, supervise installation crews, and ensure materials and workmanship meet company and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Strong on site supervision skills, including experience managing daily construction activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

- Proficiency in quality control practices, including inspection of materials and workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project specifications
- Background in structural engineering or civil engineering, preferably with experience in aluminium, glass, or façade systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with construction drawings, relevant codes and standards, and basic project management principles
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time constraints on fast paced projects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce safe work practices on site
- Experience in the UAE construction industry and valid local residency or work eligibility are an advantage

Role Description
- The Site Engineer role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
- The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction and installation activities for aluminium and glass works, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, consultants, and site teams, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues that arise on site.
