Senior Mod Site Engineer - Elevator Industry

• We are hiring on behalf of a leading elevator and escalator company in the UAE.
• This is a senior site execution role managing projects from planning through handover.

• Non-negotiable requirements
• Arabic Speaker
• MOD experience in the elevator/escalator industry — partial and full modernisation
• Minimum 4 years in the elevator industry in a similar hands-on site engineering role
• UAE market experience, knowledge of local safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience managing manpower plans, quality plans, and logistics plans
• Leadership of large site teams including mechanics and subcontractors
• Solid knowledge of UAE safety policies and site compliance frameworks

• You will own end-to-end execution of elevator and escalator projects, managing manpower, materials, subcontractors, costs, and safety, while keeping all stakeholders aligned and projects on time and within budget.
