Overview
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate with the design team for necessary revisions.
- Manage material requests and ensure timely availability at site.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and subcontractor payments.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure project completion within deadlines and successful handover.
